GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS

GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT

To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card with an expiration date is essential. The credit card is used to guarantee and pay for your reservation, according to the terms of your reservation (generally one month before arrival, during the Covid-19 pandemic it is more flexible…) we charge 100% of the value, in concept of payment, or cost of cancellation in its case. Payment can also be made online, in this case we will provide you with a link by e-mail where you can complete your payment. There may be different methods and terms of payment, in which case they will be specified before making the reservation. Group reservations (3 apartments or more) are subject to a 25% deposit, payable with the reservation, the same as any reservation for more than one week in the summer season (June-August), as a guarantee. Advances are refundable if the reservation is canceled up to two months before check-in, after which they will not be refunded. We maintain the right to pre-authorize the credit card in a small amount to check its validity, we do not accept invalid cards as a guarantee. Preauthorization is not a payment. The invoice will be issued on the day of departure, on request we send a copy.

If at this time or at a later time, you want any additional complement or service offered on the website, such as a cot, adaptation for the disabled, additional cleaning, etc. You must indicate it to inform you if it entails an additional cost, its amount and, if applicable, its availability.

In the 24 hours following the moment you have made your reservation, you will receive an email confirming that it has taken place and its conditions. You will receive the instructions to follow to access the apartment by email the same day of your arrival at 12 noon. Entry is through an access code as we do not have a reception.

As required by law, due to our activity we are obliged to forward the part of travelers to the Police on a daily basis, and for this reason it is necessary that you send us a copy of your identity document and that of the persons to the email admin@slowhomeapartments.com who are going to stay in the apartments and are of legal age. Without prejudice to your sending and during your stay we do not reserve the right to verify that the identity documents that you have sent us coincide with the users of the apartments. Given the relevance of these regulations, failure to comply on your part with these duties entitles us to cancel your reservation and return 50% of the amounts received for any reason.

The operations derived from the reservation will be understood to be carried out at the registered office of ROCAFORT LOOK. S.L and the data provided by you constitute proof of your commitment to the reservation. Reservations made through the website only accept the VISA, Mastercard credit card as a means of payment. By authorizing the payment and entering your personal codes, you are confirming that the credit card is yours, exempting the Company from any responsibility for the means of payment.

Any payment problem when making the reservation due to any error, you can contact us through the email admin@slowhomeapartments.com to make the reservation manually through bank transfer. In this case, the full payment of the reservation will have to be made.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access to our website, your IP data and especially that of your credit card may be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the entity issuing them, but if said entity does not authorize payment, it is understood that the reservation has not been properly completed and you may lose your reservation without the Company is responsible for it, so we ask you to confirm the charge to your account and/or the approval of your reservation before your transfer, being able to contact the Company at any time through the email provided.

GUEST

Before making use of the rest of the issues on our website, we ask you to carefully read this document that regulates our relationship and the conditions of your reservation. You should also read our “Cookies”, “Privacy” policy and regulations on Data Protection collected on the web.

When making the reservation on our website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age. The guest’s name on the reservation must match the name of the credit card holder used to make the reservation payment. (Except agencies.) The indicated card will be used to pay for the reservation and additional services, and guarantee coverage of cancellation costs and damages.

In any case, and in addition to the above, the Company reserves the right to ask you to show your identification documents or the identification of the other occupants when you access the apartment, or during your stay.

In the case of not being satisfied with these conditions, it is understood that you do not accept them and therefore you cannot, nor should you, continue using our website, nor continue with your reservation. The website allows you to choose the texts that appear on it in different languages, the language that will appear by default being the language of the place where you are located. However, you can choose any of the other languages that are offered according to your preference.

Through the email that appears in the following section of “our data”, we are at your disposal for any questions that may arise, or to collect any suggestion or recommendation that you wish to send us.

Given that the identification obligation is a legal requirement, in case of non-compliance, the Company may cancel your occupation immediately, without the obligation to return the amounts received and without any type of consideration or added compensation, informing this situation to police.

DATA PROTECTION

The data entered is stored on a secure server and we guarantee that it will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided, in accordance with current legislation.

CANCELLATION

As a general rule, cancellation is free if it is made one month (during the pandemic we apply more flexible terms) before check-in. Outside this period, the penalty will be 100% of the value of the reservation. Any modification or cancellation made outside the free cancellation period, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a cost of the total amount of the reservation. These expenses will be charged to the card provided as a guarantee of the reservation. There may be rates with different cancellation terms, special offers subject to Advance Payment policies, or Non-Refundable Rates that do not allow cancellations that will be expressly indicated before making the reservation. In case of any need to cancel after payment, contact us to find alternative dates for your stay, without any additional charge, we provide a Gift Card.

VALUE ADDED TAX AND BILLING

The price that appears published on the website includes the amount of VAT applicable to Spain. If the client does not have the status of VAT taxpayer, which must be duly accredited, as the special regimes of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla apply to them, as they are non-EU clients of the European Community, in appropriate cases, the procedure will be applied. the price after deducting the amount corresponding to VAT.

The invoice for your reservation will be sent to you automatically, but you can request it once the full payment for the contracted service has been made, accrediting us with the necessary data (ID document, address, and company name). The request for your invoice can be made through the email admin@slowhomeapartments.com, having the possibility of printing it yourself.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to change the contracted apartment for one with similar characteristics or a superior one, in exceptional and justified cases. These changes will have no cost to the customer.

OCCUPATION

The maximum number of people admitted is defined in the description of the contracted rate, and the conditions of your reservation. The base rate is for an occupancy of two people, in a double bed. Any additional occupancy, where permitted, will be for children up to 10 years of age in an extra bed, subject to a specific fee or extra person supplement. Babies will be admitted subject to a single payment for which we provide a Baby Kit, for a comfortable stay. For security reasons, visits to the apartments and their use by unregistered guests are not allowed. Accommodation is non-transferable.

In case of over-occupancy, or unauthorized entry, of unregistered persons, the Company is authorized not to deliver the access keys and/or to recover them immediately during the stay, having the right to charge 100% of the agreed price and a compensation for damages that is quantified at least €300 plus any damages caused. However, if the Company accepts this new occupation, it may invoice you for the stay of these people additionally with an increase of 20% over the usual price and also without the need for your prior acceptance.

During your stay you must be careful with the use of the apartment, and you must avoid causing inconvenience to the neighbors, especially noises or annoying smells. In the same way, the celebration of events, parties or meetings in the apartments and access areas is prohibited.

OCCUPANCY PERIOD

Guests have the right to occupy the accommodation from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. By agreement between the parties, a different occupancy regime for the apartments may be agreed upon. The unilateral extension in the occupation for a time greater than the contracted amount will cause the duty to pay one more day. In the event of a permanence for more days than those contracted, there must always be an agreement between the parties.

DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES

A deposit or bond of 200.00 Eur may be requested at the time of check-in to the contracted apartment, which will be returned upon check-out, as long as there is no defect or damage. Data from a credit card is also accepted as a guarantee, proceeding through the deposit, through it, in case of incidents. Slow home apartments reserves the right, in the event of any type of damage, deterioration or theft caused in the apartment or any other facility, by the guest, to claim the corresponding compensation from the guest.

LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

The damages caused by the occupants or the people who, with their authorization, access the apartments will be jointly and severally assumed by any of those who appear as occupants in the reservation. For this purpose, the Company, which has not requested a deposit prior to occupation, may charge the same credit card account for the amount of damage caused and will be subject to legal claim if necessary.

Although a customary deposit is not delivered, and without prejudice to the responsibility assigned to you, you authorize the Company to charge within 7 days of your stay, on your credit card, up to a maximum of 1,000 €, and without prejudice to the rest of the liability that may arise, the amount of the expenses for the damages that you or the people staying with you cause.

USE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

Our facilities and equipment are in perfect conditions for the service, their use will be carried out under the exclusive responsibility of the guest. Instructions for the use of appliances are available in different languages. Slow home apartments is not responsible for claims for bodily or material damage caused to yourself during the use of our equipment or facilities, and declines all responsibility for any damage caused to third parties. In order to guarantee the security, intimacy and tranquility of the guests, this establishment has technical electronic surveillance devices, with permanent recording elements, in corridors and other common areas. The Management declines all responsibility for the loss of money, documents or other valuables of any kind kept in the apartments or in the building, as well as for any damage caused by guests to third parties.

PARTIAL NULLITY

If any of these Conditions or any aspect of the reservation commitment made were declared null and void by a firm resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

CLAIMS SHEET

We have complaint forms available to our customers in our customer service centers, they can also request them, free of charge, through the website www.slowhomeapartments.com, complete them and deliver them by any means that proves their delivery and content. of the information that it sends, or before the corresponding Consumer Agency.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The use of our website and any effect derived from its use will be governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute that arises or is related to the use of the website or the reservation that may be made, the parties submit to the mediation and arbitration service of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, whose processing and communication is carried out entirely “online”. “.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATION ADDRESS

By using this web page, you accept that the communications you maintain with the Company are electronic, indicating as the email address for notifications, the email address that you have provided when registering in the system.

Derived from your consent to the use of this electronic means of communication, and given that the applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications that we send you be in writing, you acknowledge and accept that all contracts, notifications, information and other communications that we send you electronically to the email address provided, they comply with the legal requirements by being in writing. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

The Company is not responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of the assumed obligations, when it is due to events beyond our reasonable control or due to force majeure.

It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which said circumstance continues, and both parties will have an extension in the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the impediment. For our part, we will use all reasonable means to bring this situation to an end as soon as possible or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the adverse circumstances.

In the event that these events prevent you from enjoying your reservation on the scheduled dates and it is not possible at a different time, you will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, although you will not be entitled to any other type of compensation or additional compensation.

INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The fact of making a reservation through our website does not allow you to make use of the brands or images contained therein, since the property of these corresponds to the Company. You will only be able to download information about your reservation or contact details from the Company’s website. In the same way, the use of the images of the apartments is not authorized, and no commercial or advertising use can be made of them, without the express authorization of the Company.
